From Chairman's Desk

Maa Ganga Vidyalaya, Rajokri, New Delhi in the past year has grown from strength to strength in terms of upholding the MGV tradition of academic excellence, commitment to imparting the best that education has to offer and honing in on and fine tuning every child's individual talent. The formative years of a child are of utmost importance and when nurtured, and sure to yield the fruits of success. We continue to reach for the stars and work towards our goal of seeing all our students grow up to be well integrated, socially responsible and morally upright individuals. All big things have little beginnings and we must be grateful for even the smallest contribution. This is how monuments are built, brick by brick, and that is how greatness is achieved. With the support of the MGV fraternity, and enthusiastic set of students and dedicated staff members, I remain steadfast in my vision; that of carving a niche for ourselves as one of the most sought after schools in the NCR region.

Following a holistic approach we have ensured that students in our school are well rounded and happy individuals who study and play with equal enthusiasm. That the students who pass through these portals grow into individuals who can be proud of their strength of character and be global citizens ready to meet the challenges life has to offer while retaining a strong sense of their Indian Culture and heritage is my dream; a heartfelt endeavour I shall continue to concentrate on. As we usher in the new academic session 2017-2018, I look back at the eventful year that has gone by and forward to an even better one in terms of scaling new heights in the fields of academics as well as co-curricular activities. I wish to thank all the parents for their cooperation, unwavering support and trust reposed in our competent staff. The purpose of this almanac is to inculcate in students the practice of meticulously planned work and I hope it shall remain an effective communication link between us. Here's wishing all of you a fruitful and successful academic session 2017-2018.
